What's New

Each user maintains their own 'in-tray' so as to retain an up-to-date action list. And their 'in-tray' is well classified into 3 different categories: Circulation, Project Email & R.F.I. , whereby users can search and index file systematically at ease. What's New keeps users abreast of all information from both internal colleagues and from other project teams, allowing users to access from anywhere within VHBuild with just a single click.

Email notifications

Use your existing email account to receive constant updates on your personal VHBuild™ account new information. Define the frequency and scope of the notifications, which will inform you exactly what you have received and take you directly to the information, via login.


Enhanced What's New

With enhanced What's New function, you can:
- read the file from "What's New" directly
- reply external and internal circulation messages
- download attachments in external circulation
- upload, download and delete attachments in internal circulation
  all from within "What's New" without switching to "Project Files".
