Industry Forms

Overview

A suite of industry forms is available for recording and monitoring the site status and contract in an updated, proactive manner. RFI, Daily Reports, NCR and works inspections can be rapidly recorded, searched and constantly monitored to allow project teams to keep abreast of the situation and act accordingly.

Daily Reports

Daily reports act as a vital record of summary of the project and are an invaluable tool during the post-contract claims resolution process. The module prompts the use of customisable templates to record information such as works progress, site incidents, manpower and materials resources. Once collated, all data is summarised on a standard report form pro-forma.

RFI / NCR

Requests for Information and Non Conformance Records can be compiled and distributed in a matter of minutes. Track the 'Create-Reply-Revise' life cycle through to closure along with each individual recipients view status. Set reply deadlines and automatically prompt warnings upon expiry. Furthermore, attach any number of supporting information such as drawing markups, photos or documents.
