Organizations need only set up a single corporate account under which multiple projects supporting multiple users can be hosted concurrently. Unique project accounts and users can be created in minutes with users enjoying multiple project access via a single login.

Corporate Account Administration

Manage a pool of company users and projects along with accessing storage reports and audit trails at corporate level. Segregation and distribution of duties can be achieved by assigning deputies to fulfill any or all of the administrative role. All account management duties can only be performed by administrators holding secure authentication tokens (See Security)

Secured Administration and Authentication

User access and permission hierarchies can be controlled by designated project administrators at the individual project level. Full authentication details are only available to each individual user with no access available by VHBuild^™ and only partial access for the administrators.

Audit Trail

Monitor your company account usage using user friendly audit trails. All historical actions can be viewed by defining the activity criteria. Further details about individual files activity can be obtained from the File Activity Logs.
