Unless you have entered into an Agreement with us by signing a New Account Set Up Form, your use of this VHBuild.com web site (the "Site") is subject to the terms set out below. For users who have entered into an Agreement with us ("Registered User"), your use of this Site is governed exclusively by the General Terms of Use and the following does not apply to you.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions set out below at any time by posting any such change on the Site. All such changes will take effect upon posting on the Site.

Project Workplace
Only Registered Users may access the members login section of the Site (the "Project Workplace"). Unless you have entered into the Agreement, DO NOT ACCESS OR ATTEMPT TO ACCESS THE PROJECT WORKPLACE.

Intellectual Property
All information contained on this Site (including without limitation all text, graphics, software, logos, button icons, images and links and its compilation (the "Content")) is protected by Hong Kong and/or international intellectual property laws. Unless expressly permitted by us, you may not :-

(i) exploit the Content for any commercial purpose;

(ii) reproduce, duplicate, copy, alter, modify, create derivative works, publicly display or sell any of the Content; or

(iii) create any hyperlink to any part of this Site.

Unless expressly permitted by us, the Content on the Site and any services made available on or provided through the Site (the "Services") is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and we disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied but not limited to :-

(b) any warranty that the Content and/or Services will meet your requirements;

(a) upload or post any content onto the Site. The General Terms of Use govern the uploading or posting of content on the Project Workplace by Registered User. Other than by way of such posting, the Site does not allow any uploading or posting of content by users.

(b) interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Site. Without limiting the foregoing, you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or place into the Site any material which contained any viruses, time bombs, bugs or other matter or device which contains any of the same including without limitation computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, intercept, debilitate, corrupt or expropriate any system, data or information; or
