Q12. Will the site be available as a bilingual service?

Yes. VHBuild^™ is currently being translated in to Simplified Chinese.

Q13. Can I upload my standard drawing, document and image files? What limitations are there for file formats?

Most standard file formats for documents, CAD drawings and images can be uploaded in their native file format with no conversion for web enabling required by the end-user.

Q14. Will my CAD drawing files take long to view via the Internet?

Obviously, the speed of transfer/upload is dependent upon the users individual connection and the size of the file. However, drawings can generally be accessed within several seconds. Furthermore, there is no user requirement for users to possess a copy of CAD software using our embedded browser.

Q15. Will I be able to mark-up /redline drawings and documents for online review?

Yes.

Q16. Can I route documentation to all cc recipients and track their response related to that document?

Yes. Recipients of project critical info can be informed immediately by defining the recipient users within the system during upload. We have also incorporated an advanced internal circulation system.

Q17. How can I archive my project data?

We offer an archiving solution for data via CD-Rom.
